PNGPond hosts creative images submitted by contributors. We welcome original work, but we also recognize that uploads can raise copyright questions. Your rights matter, and you can request a review of specific content.
You have the right to speak up
If you own the work or are authorized to represent the owner, please report a possible infringement. You can also report a broken download, misleading preview or other problem through the same Report control.

What to include in a copyright complaint
- Your name, a working email address and whether you own the work or act for its owner.
- A link or clear description identifying the original copyrighted work.
- The URL of the PNGPond image you are reporting (attached automatically from its Report button).
- Evidence of ownership or authorization, such as an original portfolio page, publication record, creation history or an explanation of your rights.
Please include a good-faith statement and your typed signature when making a formal copyright notice. Do not post passwords, identity documents or sensitive private files. Evidence can be described in text or linked from a trusted source.
We review reports fairly
We consider sufficiently detailed complaints carefully and may ask contributors for their perspective. Providing accurate, specific information helps us review quickly. A report does not automatically make content unlawful.
Common questions
Will the image be removed immediately?
No. A report starts a review. We assess the information and may request clarification. We do not assume that every complaint proves infringement.
Can I report something if I am not the copyright owner?
Yes, anyone can report a site problem or suspected unlawful material. For a formal copyright claim, identify the owner or your authority to represent them.
